We understand that the privacy and security of personal data is of great importance and therefore we have implemented technology, security polices, rules and controls to protect your personal information.
This policy is in place to ensure that appropriate focus is given to the importance of data retention and its security/destruction. This policy sets out our overall general approach to data retention and destruction.
This policy covers all personal data retained, irrespective of how it is stored. It therefore includes paper documents in addition to data contained in an electronically readable format.
We will only hold your personal data for as long as is necessary, for example, for internal accounting purposes, to continue to provide a service to you, to meet our legal obligations under applicable UK data protection rules and the General Data Protection Regulation, and in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
