We are extremely pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in this year’s prestigious Credit Awards! We made the cut for various awards, notably Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy, Outstanding Conduct in Collections & Responsible Lender of the Year - Medium to Large.
These awards embody exactly what we are about - providing an exceptional service to customers with the utmost support they need and deserve.
This award recognises companies who have released a credit product, whilst consistently acting within the customers’ best interests. The award reviews the company’s affordability practices, transparency of fees and terms, as well as the support provided to those who express difficulty repaying. We’re especially proud to have been shortlisted as one of the industry’s finest in this field.
Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy & Outstanding Conduct in Collections
We understand that sometimes, things don’t go to plan, and it may mean that customers cannot afford the repayments outlined. We always encourage customers to contact us if they find themselves in this situation, and we will always try to do the best we can to support them. This may be altering their repayment plan, or referring them to a debt advice charity, such as PayPlan. This award focuses on our approach to identifying and handling vulnerable customers. Again, we’re extremely proud to be seen as an Industry leader when it comes to vulnerability.
The awards see us compete with the likes of Hitachi Capital UK, iwoca, Barclays, PiggyBank and Zopa, just to name a few.
We are also shortlisted for Best Marketing Campaign and Best Company to Work For, as well as individual nominations for Rising Star of the Year. Finalists will be announced at the ceremony on 16th May 2019 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
